She struggled through, as anyone would. But she was exposed to a new career and witnessed the gaping hole that is coffee equipment service in the USA. Founded in 2014, Brew Grind Water has grown into one of the nation's premiere service providers. Her drive and focus on fixing the hardest problems facing service providers and technicians in general has transformed the way technicians are trained, both internally at BGW but also as a founding member of the SCA's Coffee Technician Guild.
